Our Reserve Online links take you to Vagaro, where you choose your service and reservation time. Information you enter there is handled through Vagaro. Review the privacy information provided during that process before sharing your details.

Contacting Helena’s

You can call or text the salon at (248) 298-2300. Our text links open your device’s messaging app; they do not send a message automatically.

To ask about a service, tell us what you would like done and your preferred day and time. Current-hair and inspiration photos are optional. Please do not send payment-card details by text.

Maps and external services

The Contact page includes a Google Maps map. Loading the map connects your browser to Google. Directions and reservation links take you to external services with their own privacy information.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand where visits come from, which pages people view, and where they choose call, text, directions or reservation links. These clicks show interest; they do not confirm a connected call, a sent text or a completed reservation.

Analytics is optional. You can decline it or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice on this browser for up to six months. Declining does not prevent you from browsing, calling, texting or reserving.

We do not send your name, birthday, message contents or reservation details through this website’s analytics. Analytics can receive technical information such as device type and approximate location. Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled by this website’s tag. Read Google’s privacy policy.
